Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Utkarsh, was so helpful in getting us set up on Etsy!! He took the time to go over the complete set up and help us sync our products seamlessly. I would 100% recommend CEDCommerce for your integration needs!!

I initially had a frustrating experience with this app and its customer support. However, Akanksha Pandey, the Sales & Partnership Manager at CedCommerce, truly saved the day! She reached out personally, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered a quick, effective solution. They implemented the custom feature I requested quickly, and their responsiveness was impressive. Thanks to Akanksha’s efforts, my confidence in CedCommerce has been restored, and I look forward to using the app with much greater satisfaction!

Was a good platform for moving products over. I found some issues with the app disconnecting. Easy to reconnect. But wasn't something I was able to keep up with personally. I got rid of the app because I stopped using etsy. But if I were to continue with that platform, I would have kept this app .

We have a busy Etsy store & other industry leading apps just didn't keep up & failed. Tradegecko (now Quickbooks) suggested this integration & we have not looked back.
As with any new apps there are small bugs, but the support staff are friendly and quick to respond. I do not hesitate to call on them, they really go the extra mile, making this app great to use. Support went as far as helping to automate our gift messages, just a tremendous solution to a time-consuming task. As with all the other time saving features the platform offers.
The functionality is straight forward and hassle-free. You may need to ask support to guide you on initial workflows (to become familiar) but after a few products it is really simple.
I could not think of running our Etsy store without this Integration app. Thanks guys for the good work, you are appreciated! And I wish you every success, you most certainly deserve it.

*Update June 2025 - I briefly tried another APP to compare the functionality and it did not deliver. Came straight back to CEDCommerce and the team were very helpful at getting me back up and running.

This app is a life saver for my shop. Saves you a lot of time from having to load every item twice and with my shop having thousands of options it's literally saving me from hours and hours of double duty. Customer service is extremely helpful on assisting and giving detailed information on how to complete a task that I'm not familiar with in the system. So don't worry if the system is intimidating at first because they will help you walk through any item you need help with.

CED Commerce is our go-to App for connecting our Etsy store to our Shopify store. Its easy and intuitive but if you do get stuck the Support is on-hand instantly to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

We can no process our Etsy orders like our Shopify orders which helps streamline the entire business.

A very good app. Has all the features to make the Etsy integration super powerful. I have used this for about 3 years and can't say I've had too many complaints. On the rare occasion when I did, their 24/7 support was so excellent and in almost all the cases sorted out whatever was wrong immediately.

Hersh did a great job helping me with a connection that was lost, highly recommend!
