Shika Chaturvedi is a great IT person! she specifically helped me resolve an error in my one of my orders.. it was showing up as a failed order :-( ...so I reached out the online help and within a few minutes Shika was there to assist me! The customer service is great. It takes a little while to have the templates all set up, but once they are set up everything works beautiful.
