As to the customer service, the live chat is very helpful, they answer very quickly, no need to deal with an automated response, it's straight a human who helps you.

The app can be a little confusing to navigate at times, but the customer service is exceptional. They answer the live chat extremely quickly and get my issues resolved expeditiously. Upon the initial issues I started having, I thought about using a different service, but their customer service and resolutions keep me as a customer!
