CedCommerce Etsy Integration

Love this app. It is so easy to use and customer service is great if you have any questions at all!

So far the onboarding has been great. Looking forward to the results of using this app with our store.

Customer service is amazing! I previously used a different Etsy integration app, DPL, and it deleted over 50 of my listings. CedCommerce helped sync the missing items and saved me so much time and headache. CS stayed on the call with me for an hour and a half patiently guiding me. BIG HELP. Thank you!

After setting everything up, this app is super easy to manage. The support is awesome! Every time I've needed help with something or just have a general question, I receive an instant answer via live chat support. I would definitely recommend this app to any Etsy user.

The Esty Marketplace Integration took a little time to set up and figure out, but customer service was super helpful each step of the way with any questions I had. Did the free trial to test whether we wanted to reopen our Etsy store, and from there decided that this app makes it so simple and easy so we set it back up. Have yet to see how some of the intergrations work, but so far very happy and absolutely the best customer service I've experienced.

Best etsy integration ever. It was so hard making sure all products were there before this app. It did require a bit of a learning but the customer service helped right away each time and always made sure I knew what to do. After learning the app it was very easy to keep up with it.

STAY AWAY

If i could give this app a minus I would and strongly recommend that you avoid this app at all cost. This app is full of people doing fraudulent activity. My first sale on this app happened to be a fraudster instead of helping me through support they closed my account down and refused to speak with me. When I contacted them via phone they just hung the phone up on me. The same person then went onto my website and tried to purchase more goods which i quickly notified shopify which they talked me through the process of how to handle this in the future. A far lot more than what ETSY had provided me with. I will be definitely reporting this app and advise anyone to steer clear.
