The app would not sync with my orders that had been shipped out, and every time a purchase was made on etsy it kept defaulting automatically back to the listings in my shopify. So prices differences were altered and caused sales issues. Order limits did not reset every month so what am I supposed to do with this app once it maxes out? The number never went down and orders kept not syncing.
Awesome customer service. Will use again, I'm sure, as I have many questions. Nothing is impossible when you have them on your side!! Thank you.
Over the holidays I expanded my brand's reach by launching an Etsy store using CedCommerce for the integration. It was fairly straightforward. I'm still learning the ins and outs, and this is where CedCommerce really stands out, as soon as I have a question or need assistance their customer service chat is right there to help. Response time has been outstanding. I'm giving four stars for now, as I don't believe I've utilized the full potential of the app, but I could see a future 5-star review.
Anyatra , is so far gave the best customer service. She didn't leave me until everything was resolved and set properly. Live chat services are the best than bots you will have no worries or stress setting up your shop because there human guiding you with every step. Thank you Anyatra and Etsy team.
Excellent app. Works as described. Helps save time with Etsy syncing. Support staff is quick to respond, very helpful and knowledgeable.
The app interface is user friendly. Most important of all the customer service is top class. Recommended.
I used this app to sync products to etcy, soo I don't have to rewrite all one by one. I rally like the speed and the simplicity of it.

I've just activated the app so I can't say how things will go long term, but so far, the service and functionality provided seem very good!
downloaded the app and my etsy shop got shut down and I couldnt log on to cancel or anything and continued to get billed

We feel sorry to hear that your Etsy shop has been suspended. Our app is only responsible to list your products on Etsy. You can manage inventory and orders between Etsy and Shopify through the app. But shop suspension is completely dependent on whether you are following the guidelines of Etsy or not.
Please don't worry, we will refund the amount for the unused months. Let us know, what we can do else best for you.
