They charged me $180 (years subscription) when I downloaded the software to test FREE TRIAL. So - there was no free trial, apparently. I immediately uninstalled and requested a refund. This money was earmarked for Christmas dinner - and because it was the holidays, no one was around to help. Shady. Unethical. Inexcusable, non-existant "support".

I worked with Shikhar who was INCREDIBLELY helpful and kind! He answered all my questiosna dn screenshared to walk me through step by step. I feel confident after his instruction and look forward to using this app. Thank you again Shikhar!

Updated review. The company no longer has 24/7 support. It seems only one person is providing support, so that you have to make an app to ask.
