Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

This app's customer service is nothing short of amazing! I had a few questions about the features, and their support team was super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and they even followed up to ensure everything was working perfectly. So pleased with this app! Was able to customize what products I want to sync over to Etsy from my site and it is a seamless integration! Once and awhile there are some glitches, but you can contact the support and they resolve it right away.

Great apps for integration into other sales channels. It's crazy to manage it without this and there aren't any other apps I would consider. I tried them all and this was the only one that didn't force settings on you and just worked.

Really helpful. explained everything really well so I understood profiling and what I needed to do to get integrated with etsy.

I downloaded the CedCommerce-Etsy app this morning (Sunday) and downloaded all our products to Etsy very easily. I had an issue with variation images not changing so contacted the help desk via Chat. What a pleasant experience. I was connected to Srajan in seconds. A very patience and helpful Srajan checked out what the issues were (all mine!), organised a screen chat when I wasn't understanding and we are sorted out. I trialled another Shopify/Etsy link app which was so frustating with no response to help and no live products after 36 hours so this whole experience has been a delight. Set up is simple, support is excellent and I cant recommend enough. Cant wait to get to know this app in more detail. Thanks Srajan :) Update 1 October; I have been using this app now for a few weeks and it has made such a huge difference to our business. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a way to link your online stores.

This is a wonderful app that saved me a lot of headache when syncing my Shopify store to my Etsy shop. The customer service is excellent and they are quick to respond and help with any inquiries.

It's a great app and the support it timely and accurate. The only factors that needs considering include:

- allowing products that are set to archive on the shopify end to automatically be removed from the etsy app.

- i've had random issues where some of my order sporadically do not sync correctly with shopify.

- adding products to the app is tedious as i have to individally enter each title to sync if I want specific products on the etsy end. This should be refined so it's a tick box exercise and sync all selected products in one hit.
