A great app to manage the integration between Etsy and Shopify. Outstanding chat based support for setup and queries, FAST, weekend cover and very knowledgeable saving SO much time. We are now into thousands of issue-free orders processed seamlessly through the app, would absolutely recommend if you're running your own store and Etsy shop - these guys are experts, no question. Personalized products and different variations between platforms make the app a little tricky (my own fault), but this team is AMAZING! They're accommodating, understanding, able to walk/talk through my problems step by step, and very quick to respond whether on chat or zoom.
