Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Everytime I use the chat function I always get the help I need. They are very responsive and fix problems quickly.

The Best option out there! I have tried a couple other services to sync my Inventory and orders between Shopify & Etsy. I have had extremely disappointing and frustrating experiences and even tried to work with customer services to fix problems; to no avail. So I decided to give this a try, and I am so glad I did. I have not had any problems with CED Commerce and only a little hiccup after onboarding with them, that they helped guide me through smoothing out in just a few minutes. I recommend this to every Shopify store owner who wishes to sync their E-commerce with Etsy and I am confident you will have a near seamless integration and will not regret it! (unlike the other option's out there...)

I have used this app for about 3 years. I had some personal issues that kept me from monitoring my shop closely and tonight, I realized the app changed features in my product integration so that all of my manual optimizations on etsy which took over 40 hours to complete, were wiped out! My tags, my optimized product specific titles, prices and description were set up to be left unchanged. The app, without my knowledge or consent, changed features that I personally chose so that every product on my Etsy store needs to be edited all over again. In the product management section of the app, you can choose to keep their app from syncing your title, tags and descriptions everytime it syncs inventory etc across your different sales channles. You should be able to edit any platform manually and keep those changes from being wiped out indefinitely. So now all the work to optimize each product is gone. This is one of many instances where this app changed functions without my knowledge. Last year they had to issue credit for duplicate orders that I shipped. Too many issues to mention here. ALL DETRIMENTAL to your sales and tons of hours wasted to track what went wrong and to resolve the issue. If you can't have confidence that the app is doing what it should each and every time they refresh your feed, why pay for this service? Youre better off doing it all manually! The customer support is frustrating. They don't listen to your problem or request and you will waste your valuable time repeating yourself and asking them to READ! Scroll up please!!!! They changed their fee structure and I have been overpaying for god knows how long. I am so disappointed and feel completely ripped off by these irresponsible people and their inconsistent, glitchy app. I signed on to save time! That is far from what you will get. Shopify customer service is shocked and is contacting them on my behalf. Shopify automated updates alerted me to the fact that this service hasn't had a single instance of activity on my shop for over a month, hence reminding me to delete the app from my shop. I am done with them. BEWARE sellers.

Nice useful app for the inventory management as well as the ease of creating listings....recomend to create listing on etsy and then import to shopify

I've been having integration issues between Etsy and Shopify that I was unable to fix on my own. The team was very responsive but, I am especially very grateful to Shubham. He was very intuitive, resourceful, professional and patient. He understood the problem very soon, showed me how to fix the issue and stood with me until I proved I was able to manage those kind of issues on my own, which took a while. This was a beautiful example of costumer service.

Their support team is trying to solve any issues you have. I've just ended a video meeting with 3 of them.

I love this app and use it EVERY DAY. I just have a hard time learning to use its functions. However, the support team has been extremely helpful.

Shikha Chaturvedi was super helpful, she agreed to a google meet and patiently talked me through the process. When I had difficulty she took over where required and explained what was done and how this will help moving forward. The app does require a little input in the beginning but once its set up in place then it works well

Although I've not had long to use the app, the service and help to get set up has been superb. I managed to get products live on Etsy from my Shopify store within minutes.
Update on my review. Ive been using the app for a few months now and its pretty easy to use. The support is amazing, and super fast. I was chatting to Aman and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend this app
