Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

I'm a business owner who sells on his domain name and his Etsy store. So far, I couldn't ask for better support than what I'm getting here. Every time I have a question the customer service live chat is available, 24/7, and I'm saving so much time because of it. I hope this service continues because it's really great.

This app has helped me connect my Shopify store to my Etsy store and so far it's working well and has provided everything I was looking for. The customer support is top notch. You're instantly connected and provided with help and answers. I feel setting it up was fairly easy, but I did have some questions and they were there to help walk me through the set up. So far the syncing with inventory across both platforms has been working well for me. Other apps like this had lots of issues and I feel like this one I can rely on and won't allow me to accidentally oversell. That was a big worry of mine. It's definitely worth doing the free trial at least so you can get your feet wet and see if it will work for you as well.

Used the app to connect my shopify store to Etsy. It was easy to use after I got the hang of the process. And any difficulties or issues I had were quickly answered and solved by the customer service team. Max wait was 2 minutes to hear back from them which was great when running a business!

I have been using this app for integration between shopify and Etsy, and it has been amazing. Whenever I hit a few bumps, the customer support has been great, and they've even offered to email with updates, and solve issues over different channels. Absolutely helpful and totally recommend it!

The set up for this app was very easy and straight forward. As soon as I logged in, pop up chat window appears, and a virtual associate if there is anything the team can help me with. I had a few question, but the associate, Utkarsh, helped me go throught the process which saved me a lot of time. The only concern I have is the cost of $30 US of the monthly subscription after a 7 day trial period. Other than that, it seems to be a great app and the support is very impressive.
