Thank you to the customer service team for helping out. They’re great over WhatsApp. Problem resolved overnight and we’re very happy. Also happy with the integration from shopify to Etsy, it’s worked a treat!

Great customer service, allowed me to set up shop. I began generating revenue in a month! Its integration has a few kinks to work out, but likely my oversight.

The support is fantastic! We have had a couple issues with the person that set up our integration, but the support chat is super easy and they're very helpful and quick.

So far the App has been great, saves a lot of time uploading products.
The order managment side has also been great, the error function has worked really well so you know when orders have not come thur properly which has always been our fault missing sku's etc.
customer support has been very quick and helpful though only had to use it once
as the app seems to be fairly easy to use. I would recommend this app,
just make sure things are orgaise well in shopify before you do the bulk upload.

I used this app to help me put all my products on Esty and wow its great!! So easy to do and the online support is brilliant, everytime I had a question they responded within minutes. So helpful and friendly :D 5* would 100% recommend !!

I just started my 7 day trial and tech support has been great so far. I hope this really helps with getting more sales.
