I used this app to sync products to etcy, soo I don't have to rewrite all one by one. I rally like the speed and the simplicity of it.

I've just activated the app so I can't say how things will go long term, but so far, the service and functionality provided seem very good!
downloaded the app and my etsy shop got shut down and I couldnt log on to cancel or anything and continued to get billed

We feel sorry to hear that your Etsy shop has been suspended. Our app is only responsible to list your products on Etsy. You can manage inventory and orders between Etsy and Shopify through the app. But shop suspension is completely dependent on whether you are following the guidelines of Etsy or not.
Please don't worry, we will refund the amount for the unused months. Let us know, what we can do else best for you.

Used this app as I had an app that only had shopify integration and wanted to sell Etsy. This app has really worked for me and has allowed me to easily export my products to Etsy. The support from the team has also been invaluable and they have been very helpful whenever I have had any queries.
I didn't know how to use the app but Shikha helped me out amazingly, my issues were sorted so quickly and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Thank you so much
I was having trouble syncing my products onto the app and Srajan help me out a lot. Now I am to sell on Etsy. Srajan stayed with me with the whole process with step by step instruction.
