This app is so easy to use. I had 1 issue with the variants not appearing on Etsy, and it was a quick resolve. Zufishan was super helpful! Thank you.

Utkarsh was very helpful. I was overwhelmed and he was able to help me create a step by step plan to get everything set up on Etsy. I had trouble figuring things out alone but the customer service is excellent and very helpful.

Exceptional customer service, always available whenever we needed assistance. The application is incredibly user-friendly. CED has significantly boosted our Etsy shop’s performance, helping us double our income! Excellent app! Excellent support available 24-7 and they are super friendly and knowledgable. Functions perfectly regarding keeping listings when they go out of stock by either putting them into the inactive or sold out categories on Etsy. This is something that other apps lack and is important because it enables buyers to continue viewing the listing- buyers and people who favorited it. The syncing of products and orders is seamless and happens nearly in real time with no delay.
This review is for customer service - this was the reason we chose to try this app instead of the others. I had heard the customer service was helpful and today it really delivered, and on a Saturday! Thank you Dhruv, for helping me set up shop.
Realy helpfull, nice chat, all problems were solved ;)
It's a great app and the support it timely and accurate. The only factors that needs considering include:
- allowing products that are set to archive on the shopify end to automatically be removed from the etsy app.
- i've had random issues where some of my order sporadically do not sync correctly with shopify.
- adding products to the app is tedious as i have to individally enter each title to sync if I want specific products on the etsy end. This should be refined so it's a tick box exercise and sync all selected products in one hit.
The Support is 1st class. They help me get started and I love the app.
