Shikha Chaturvedi was super helpful, she agreed to a google meet and patiently talked me through the process. When I had difficulty she took over where required and explained what was done and how this will help moving forward. The app does require a little input in the beginning but once its set up in place then it works well
Although I've not had long to use the app, the service and help to get set up has been superb. I managed to get products live on Etsy from my Shopify store within minutes.
Update on my review. Ive been using the app for a few months now and its pretty easy to use. The support is amazing, and super fast. I was chatting to Aman and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend this app
This app is really great and the support even better. Makes manually entering orders into Shopify from Etsy a thing of the past. Also, from a bookkeeping side of things, this app allows you to keep track of orders from Etsy vs. other revenue streams.
Not the most intuitive app I've ever used but very efficient and the customer support is super helpful and patient!

This app was fairly easy to install and set up. I did run into a few issues, but using the chat feature was super easy! Great support service. My questions (and concerns) were handled professionally and courteously.
Really useful app saving me time syncing my shop with Etsy and their support is great. Their live chat team has helped right away every time I've needed it and solved issues I was having and as I'm getting accustomed to how to use the app.

Really simple integration tool for products and orders on etsy - helped me with my business order flow and integration
