Anyatra is super helpful and helped me sort out my teething issues. Great customer care, they obviously really value their customers.
I thought initially that this app would assist me in the conversion of my products to etsy but all it did was give me a bill for $299 that I didn't want but because I couldn't cancel it, I just went along with it in hopes that it would assist my business. WRONG!! Somebody.. Anybody.. please cancel it. I have reached out again today and hopefully I will get a response. I have been trying to reach someone and no one has answered. Maybe this will get someone to help me. Update: I spoke with someone who stated that they would process my refund and that was two weeks ago and the refund is not here. I don't understand what's going on. I need my money back. Not offering an option to cancel is not right.

This app is amazing! Seamlessly imports my Etsy orders into Shopify as they come in and then automatically fulfills them in Etsy when I fulfill in Shopify. Fast and friendly customer service. It's a HUGE time saver.

I needed help integrating an order from one platform to another and was stuck on an order problem. The cedcommerce expert was most knowledgeable and helpful, very courteous and explained to me how to fix this problem myself in the future. Wonderful asset to the company.

Onboarding is very easy and CedCommerce helps you when you get stuck. We migrated products from Shopify to the app and then to Etsy in very short time. Creating profiles and templates and assigning them to the products is a straightforward process. It works great with multi-variant products.
Also, if you happen to need to reconnect the app, it takes just a moment.
Great Application and Support team. They always address any issues or questions really fast. Totally recommend!
This app is so buggy, it's constantly having issues. If I could do it again I would invest in a 3rd party inventory management system like Ordoro. Eventually I'll make time to do the switch so I don't have to deal with these constant errors.
