Manaswi helped walk me through how everything works, was very quick to respond and provided PDFs and Videos to help teach me how to do it on my own. I've never worked with service that was this helpful!

Hi, I am an old and new user of CedCommerce products. I am impressed by how clear that process of listing is. I uploaded my products everything went smoothly and no problem up to now. As to the customer service, the live chat is very helpful, they answer very quickly, no need to deal with an automated response, it's straight a human who helps you.

The app can be a little confusing to navigate at times, but the customer service is exceptional. They answer the live chat extremely quickly and get my issues resolved expeditiously. Upon the initial issues I started having, I thought about using a different service, but their customer service and resolutions keep me as a customer!
