There is no way to turn off the plan. It's kind of annoying to be honest. Perhaps the action stops after uninstalling, but this is not accurate and you have to spend time tracking this process.

We extremely feel sorry about your experience with the app. We didn't provide a charge cancellation policy through the app because we use the payment API of Shopify and process all the charges through it. In case you want to cancel the plan and don't want to use the app, you can remove the app from your Shopify store. Or you can also request us to cancel the plan.

the app is not performing well. if your listing has variants the product cant be connected with Shopify (which doesn't have any sense), they refuse to refund my money $40 directly to the trash

Best etsy integration ever. It was so hard making sure all products were there before this app. It did require a bit of a learning but the customer service helped right away each time and always made sure I knew what to do. After learning the app it was very easy to keep up with it.
This app is amazing! Just listed 20 products in my Etsy store with the click of a few buttons. The support is very good too. Walked me through the issues I had getting running. This is a no brainer if you're selling on Etsy and running a Shopify store.
I thought initially that this app would assist me in the conversion of my products to etsy but all it did was give me a bill for $299 that I didn't want but because I couldn't cancel it, I just went along with it in hopes that it would assist my business. WRONG!! Somebody.. Anybody.. please cancel it. I have reached out again today and hopefully I will get a response. I have been trying to reach someone and no one has answered. Maybe this will get someone to help me. Update: I spoke with someone who stated that they would process my refund and that was two weeks ago and the refund is not here. I don't understand what's going on. I need my money back. Not offering an option to cancel is not right.

Super easy to use, compared to other dysfunctional integration apps, this one is a breeze. Customer support is prompt and not afraid of getting involved with the process to fix issues from their end. Customer support from other apps usually gives you a link to a blog post, not these guys, they help you get it done!
This app is so buggy, it's constantly having issues. If I could do it again I would invest in a 3rd party inventory management system like Ordoro. Eventually I'll make time to do the switch so I don't have to deal with these constant errors.
