Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

The app is a little bit confusing to use at first, but the customer service is exceptional and the guy (Aman) really helped me figure everything out with such clarity! Highly recommend.

I am very happy with this application. Still, in the Trial version, I am really praying it really helps boost my sales. The App looks and feels nice. The synchronisation bewteen Shopify to ETSY is very well through this app. The app enables me to provide product management, inventory management and also quick listing. Very flexible and easy to use. At last, no comments for customer support becuase they are just Awesome like nothing else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been working with this integration and first I want to say that the customer service is top! I had an issue integrating the shop on Etsy and they were the whole time chatting with me and guiding me in every step even in the late night. I am absolutely fascinated by how easy this app works out the integration to Etsy instead of the manual way. I highly recommend it!

If you're using a Print on Demand supplier with their own Etsy integration, this app will duplicate their orders, screwing up your orders and accounting. NOT COOL.

Also, by selling POD, your inventory count is basically unlimited, but this integration doesn't know that. If you leave the inventory count at 0, then the order placed on Etsy will not be imported into your shopify store.

The CedCommerce Etsy Integration app is, without a doubt, the best app for integrating your Shopify store with Etsy, and it doesn't take long to see that. 1. Let's Talk Support
This is often overlooked with other apps, but incredibly important. As a business, we expect the same level of service from our vendors that we offer to our customers. We are customers ourselves after all. CedCommerce has support like none other I've ever seen. They personally reach out to you to ensure you have everything running smoothly. Not because of a sale or greed, but because they actually care. They're available around the clock and are always eager to assist with a professional and friendly attitude. When they are unsure about an answer, they do their due diligence to find one or speak with someone on their team who can. That being said, their follow up is also top notch. I can't tell you how many times we've reached out to other apps for support, were promised someone would get back to us, and we just got a closed ticket. With CedCommerce, that never happens. They are responsive and actually helpful.

2, Let's talk about the product itself.
The interface is phenomenal. Gone are those clunky, outdated, glitchy, buggy, slow-loading interfaces where everything is a hassle or hard to understand. You won't have this problem with any CedCommerce app, including Etsy's. As a new retailer, we are not up-to-speed on all the technical jargon and API capabilities. Every setting in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app is explained in a concise, easy to understand manner right on the dashboard, and they have in-app support.

3. Ease of Use
This makes the app incredibly easy to use. When we tried other products, it was so complicated to add products to Etsy, which is the only reason this app exists. In other apps, we kept getting errors - despite following instructions exactly, with no clear explanation of what was going on. I installed the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app, and had my first listing published on Etsy without a single issue in literal minutes.

4. Features & Capabilities
You can do everything you need to do. What we needed for our solution was one app that could push products back and forth to Etsy & Shopify, update products on either side, sync orders, and update orders on both platforms. The CedCommerce Etsy Integration app does all of that and more. You can set it to auto delete, unlist or archive products based on the platform, add order notes, create custom order names & IDs, manage your shipping settings, sync tracking info, create templates to make future product uploads easier and faster, and so much more. We were absolutely blown away by this considering other apps can barely list a product correctly. You can also directly edit your Etsy shop in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app. We were able to create shop sections to better organize products without ever leaving the dashboard.

It would take me hours to list of all their features... you'd just have to try it yourself.

5. Lastly, pricing.
This is the least important for us, but still important. You won't be profitable as a business if you don't keep a watchful eye on your bottom line and are spending money just because you can. Compared to the 30+ other apps that we tried, the pricing in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app was the most fair. Especially considering that we will be using other apps by CedCommerce and other devs, and as you all know, those subscriptions add up quickly. CedCommerce offers more than any other app at a fraction of the price, and in this case, you truly get more than what you pay for. They also have flexible pricing and fairly priced addons.

Final Thoughts
It took less than a few hours for us to decide that the CedCommerce platform is the best for us, and the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app was the right choice for our Shopify x Etsy business. And it's no wonder Shopify listed it as the #1 integration app in their blog. We are so happy and thankful for this app. It has saved us hours of frustration and time. A++++ support team and A++++ devs!

Don't do what I did!
I tried 5 different apps before finding this one. They where buggy. Service was poor or non-existent. These guys are on the ball! You know that thing where you have a problem with a app and go to the chat widget but get a response like "We will contact you in 48 hours". That never happens with this app. Someone is always there ready and happy to help. As soon as you log in to the app you will be able to tell right away that it was designed by professionals. Everything is smooth and works the way you would want it to. So don't do what I did. Start with this app and never look back!

This app has a bit of a confusing interface but once we learned it it is able to push our products to etsy, import our orders from etsy to shopify, and map every product we have already created on either platform.

The customer service has been five star. They have answered every question extremely quickly.

If you download this app give yourself a bit of time for a learning curve, I would suggest to the developers to continue the UX/UI of the app to make it more intuitive.
