We've recently started using this app, and I must say the video tutorials have been incredibly helpful. I have been lucky enough to be able to get support from Adarsh on multiple occasions! I am super new to Etsy integration and feel so lost but Adarsh has been incredibly helpful and after a couple of days away from getting everything set up, I had to contact support again for more help. Outstanding customer service first and foremost, ive installed etsy, amazon and ebay apps, once your familiar with how they work the apps are great, a few things to get your head around but the support team is available 24/7 and has been fantastic, BRAVO!

I've only been trying to upload products from Shopify to Etsy and vice versa for now, so I can't speak to the other functions. Once I get better hang of it, I think it will be one of the better apps I'm using. It's been overwhelming uploading products, photos, information, etc., and it made me want to give up on Etsy, but the App makes it so easy and as of now, I can say that the customer support is really great.

So far so good! Apps works like a charm, support is great and the app is not too complicated. I hope they will continue to develop and improve the app as there are a few tweaks that would be nice.
Overall I can definitely recommend this app for Etsy!

we use it mainly for inventory and order synchronization (not for product setup and listing integration). For us the app works fine. Support is readily available. I like it that I receive Email alerts, when an order doesn't synchronize, so I can address the issue immediately and the customer gets the product within the promised delivery time.
