Awesome and free, what's not to like...
Does exactly what it needs to do. Tried other apps for this that just wouldn't work with my theme. Love these guys apps give them a go.

The perfect EU Cookie Bar app! You can easily customize the colors and the most important thing is, that you can enable the bar only for EU visitors!
