Nova: GDPR Cookie Consent

On desktop browsers, the bar does not disappear when you click to dismiss it. On mobile it works fine.

I would have given it three stars since it works on mobile, but the complete lack of customer support bumps this down to one star. Furthermore, this issue is not addressed in any of their documentation.

If you have a problem with this app, you're completely on your own. I contacted the app developer and received the following auto-response:

Unfortunately this is an auto-reply as the app only comes with help site support :(

Installation was stuck at 33% for over 24 hours. Their help documents say that it doesn't need to show 100%, but I couldn't get the banner to show up on my site. I tried installing it again with the same result. Other reviewers mentioned that email support is only available for paid apps, so as this is a free app, there doesn't seem to be any point to contact the developer.

Doesn't work for me i'm being forwarded to a blank page. You get an automated email saying they don't respond to this support you have to contact them through the app, the app forwards you here for support!

Two days trying to instal, but no chance...

Very nice and easy to use, except that is not working (showing on website)

App shows indications of working, but does not make it past the apparently mandatory review part of the config, and a request for help to the designated email address comes back with an auto-response:

As a business owner myself, I know that there's a ratings penalty for shipping an app in this condition.

One hour, still installing app to 66%....
After full installation, if ever, shall leave true opinion if it works.

This app is not GDPR compliant

Not enough design options. Poor...

The app seems fine, except for the fact that is not working. I`ve filled in all the info, switched on both buttons, refreshed many times: no Cookie Bar on my website...
