Nova: EU Cookie Bar GDPR

The first post - So far not impressed - I can't get it to download. Stopped at 33% then I reloaded and it stopped at 66%. Frustrating because the other comments looked good. If you can help me progress, I'd be happy to change my rating!

OK - we went from 1 star to 3 because it appears to be loaded, but still not working properly....still working on this!

UPDATE!!!! - updated my rating to 5!! Number one, within minutes of putting a low rating, I received an email from the app developer looking to help me solve my problem!

Major awesomeness! He explained what I needed to do to fix the issue - which there actually wasn't one at all, I just wasn't seeing the upload progress bar complete (and still am not) on my app page on Shopify.

Anyway, I only want the banner to run for EU customers, so I had to disable the EU customer only and then open my browser to assure it works, then put the banner back on for EU customers only. - Since I wasn't opening a browser from the EU, I couldn't see that it was actually working.
