On desktop browsers, the bar does not disappear when you click to dismiss it. On mobile it works fine.

I would have given it three stars since it works on mobile, but the complete lack of customer support bumps this down to one star. Furthermore, this issue is not addressed in any of their documentation.

If you have a problem with this app, you're completely on your own. I contacted the app developer and received the following auto-response:

have to review to get app to work and then save settings in the app on the shopify admin and see if it works.

We sent a question to the support and the bluntly reply that they can't provide an answer because the app was free. We rather have a paid with support than not having support when technical issues happen

Hi there, totally understand 🙂 We provide the app for free to over 100,000 Shopify Merchants along with our server bills to keep the app up and running each month. I'm afraid we can only offer community and help doc support for this app as a result.

Installation was stuck at 33% for over 24 hours. Their help documents say that it doesn't need to show 100%, but I couldn't get the banner to show up on my site. I tried installing it again with the same result. Other reviewers mentioned that email support is only available for paid apps, so as this is a free app, there doesn't seem to be any point to contact the developer.
