it falls off the home page a bit too often, which is just a tad annoying. Why do I need to leave a longer review - get this fixed

useful app now that EU requires it, simple and easy to setup, which it should be for such a simple function

Easy to use an app just need a little assistance on here. The live support chat people Trish and Carmel were very helpful when I need something. the tutorial video in the app helped when I needed help I ask the live chat.
