Have followed all your steps but still not working sad to say, you get two stars because of effort and since its free.

I know its free - but it doesn't even install. Just get taken to a blank page after installation. Had to delete it without even getting to try it. Bit pointless

Works perfectly! Easily customized, and with one click we can limit it to just EU visitors if we want to

It works however a key button does not, "Show banner just for EU countries." Every time I load my shop, doesn't matter what computer or if I’m in incognito or not, the banner shows up, guess where I don't live...
