It isn't showing on my website.not working

I used this app because I want to my website are legal.This is the main reason.And also because I want to have credibility about my client.

Can change url of "read more" for all languages?

The install is easy. But the settings are a bit limited. the default position is at the bottom of the page where we already located an app. So we cant' read the text easily. 2 options to make the app easier to use: 1. Allow locating the cookie bar at the top of the page; 2. Allow changing the text position to "centre" or "right" instead.
