Consentico shows the harmonised notice and warranty label on product pages, cart, and order emails — auto-localized into all 24 official EU languages. For products with a qualifying producer durability guarantee, it renders the official GARAN label. Digital, gift-card, and tagged B2B products are excluded automatically. Guided setup, no theme code. Die App ist für einen kleinen Händler wie uns sehr empfehlenswert. Allerdings hatten wir ein Problem, da wir neben Neuwaren auch noch ein paar schon ältere Ersatzteile über den Shop abverkaufen wollen, bei denen wir die Garantie komplett ausgeschlossen haben, weil wir diese Produkte bei Problemen nicht mehr nachliefern können, daher ohne Garantie zum Minipreis für den Bastler bestimmt - und da ist natürlich das Gewährleistungsversprechen völlig falsch. Wir haben dem Entwickler das Problem geschildert und er hat uns die App binnen weniger Stunden perfekt angepasst, wir setzen jetzt ein Tag "gebraucht" bei den jeweiligen Artikeln im Shop, haken das Tag bei den Ausschlüssen in der App unter >Einstellungen>wo er erscheint an, speichern, und nach einer halben Stunde (braucht Consentico zum aktualisieren) ist das Gewährleistungsversprechen vom Artikel verschwunden. Vielen Dank an Asher, du hast das Problem sofort erfasst, sofort eine kleine Revision programmiert und schon läuft die App so wie gewünscht, volle fünf Sterne für dich mein Freund.
