Great app for meeting the new EU withdrawal button requirement. Setup was straightforward with the theme editor integration, and the withdrawal form works smoothly on both desktop and mobile. Support documentation made it easy to get the button live in our store's footer. Highly recommended for any EU-facing Shopify store that needs to stay compliant
Die Einstellungen vorzunehmen bis alles funktioniert ist etwas umständlich aber machbar. Ich würde auch dafür Monatlich bezahlen allerdings finde ich den Preis etwas zu teuer und kann mir das zum Start erstmal nicht erlauben.

Votre app est très bonne mais l'installation est difficile. Il faudrait ajouter des étapes intermédiaires et des copies d'écran.
I dont quite understand why there are paid tiers on something that is required by the law. In order to even add information like FAQ links etc to the withdrawal form, I have to pay extra money which doesnt make sense.
It was pretty hard to integrate as well. Finally was able to figure it out

Regarding your concern about adding FAQ links, there seems to be a slight misunderstanding: adding FAQ links is not a paid feature of our app. In fact, this is entirely unrelated to our pricing plans. You can easily and completely freely add any additional text or links (like your FAQ) directly to the page containing the form by using your Shopify Theme Editor.

Super happy with this app. We are a small business on a budget working on growth (hoping to grow) and to read, they offer a free version even tho they have costs and developers working on their side that related so much with small business struggle. As soon as we earn enough we will for sure switch to the paid plan. Implementation also really easy and great, self explaining. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you so much.
Formular wird nach zweimaliger Einrichtung nicht angezeigt. Irgendein Problem mit Javascript das inline eingebettet wird und aufgrund der Sicherheitsrichtlinien vom Browser blockiert wird. Kein Wort dazu in der Dokumentation, Einrichtung kann nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden, App somit unbrauchbar, da hier scheinbar doch mehr programmiertechnisches Wissen vorausgesetzt wird.

vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Du hast das Thema Sicherheitsrichtlinien (CSP) schon ganz richtig angesprochen, allerdings liegt die Ursache hier etwas anders.
Unsere App setzt absolut kein programmiertechnisches Wissen voraus und ist in der Regel in 5 einfachen Schritten installiert. Dass das Formular bei dir nicht lädt, liegt daran, dass in deiner Umgebung iFrames aktiv blockiert werden. Wenn das Ausspielen von iFrames auf deiner Seite unterbunden wird, blockiert der Browser die Anzeige logischerweise.
Schreib uns einfach kurz an. Wir schauen uns das gerne mit dir zusammen an und helfen dir, die entsprechende Blockade zu deaktivieren, damit du die App problemlos nutzen kannst.

This app is very risky for Shopify stores.
After installation, it disabled my existing main-page section (`disabled: true`) and replaced it with its own app block to display the withdrawal form. This means regular pages can be turned into withdrawal form pages, which can break product guide pages, technical content pages, and SEO landing pages.
The EU withdrawal function should be placed on a dedicated page or added through a safe embedded button. It should not automatically replace existing page content.
This caused a serious risk to both SEO and customer experience. I cannot recommend this app unless this behavior is fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. We take your store's SEO and customer experience very seriously, and we completely understand why you were alarmed to see your page content change.
To reassure you and other merchants, we want to clarify that our app is completely safe to install. Our app strictly operates without the write_themes access scope. Because of Shopify's security architecture, it is technically impossible for our app to automatically alter your theme code, change file settings to disabled: true, or replace existing content on its own.
What likely happened:
If you added the app block to your "Default page" template within the Shopify Theme Editor, Shopify will automatically display that block on every page that uses the default template (including product guides and landing pages).
To resolve this, the withdrawal form simply needs to be assigned to a new, dedicated page template rather than the default one.

Really easy to use and setup - however as a none-german speaking user, some stuff can be a little hard to figure out, as a lot is in german.
