Ik gebruik deze app voor mijn nichewebshop OmarmRing (herinneringsbloemwerk en urnen). De installatie is verrassend eenvoudig: je wordt stap voor stap door een menu geleid en veel wordt automatisch voor je gedaan. Customizing‑mogelijkheden van de gratis versie zijn enigszins beperkt, maar voor een beginnende of kleine webshop ruim voldoende.

Wat mij vooral opviel, is de support: de ontwikkelaar reageert snel, denkt flexibel mee over de UX en heeft zelfs de storefront‑branding voor mij verwijderd, hoewel dat eigenlijk een betaalde feature is. Dat soort meedenken maakt deze app echt de moeite waard. Ik kan deze oplossing van harte aanbevelen aan andere EU‑shops die hun Widerrufsbutton netjes willen regelen.

Votre app est très bonne mais l'installation est difficile. Il faudrait ajouter des étapes intermédiaires et des copies d'écran.

Abbiamo appena installato questa app per adeguarci alla nuova normativa UE. Non e' molto intuitiva ma alla fine l'abbiamo installata. Dobbiamo adesso capire se le richieste di reso arriveranno direttamente alla nostra email aziendale oppure arriveranno nell'app e quindi si dovra' ogni giorno entare nell'app e controllare. Ci potreste fare sapere? Grazie mille

Super happy with this app. We are a small business on a budget working on growth (hoping to grow) and to read, they offer a free version even tho they have costs and developers working on their side that related so much with small business struggle. As soon as we earn enough we will for sure switch to the paid plan. Implementation also really easy and great, self explaining. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you so much.

Gratis versie werkt prima voor een kleine Shopify-webshop. Het herroepingsformulier en de automatische bevestigingsmails werken goed. De installatie is niet altijd even duidelijk en de standaardteksten vragen wat vertaalwerk, maar uiteindelijk doet de app wat ze belooft.

Als kleiner Spezialhändler stand ich vor der neuen Widerrufsbutton-Pflicht (§ 356a BGB) und habe eine Lösung gesucht, die ich ohne Entwickler umsetzen kann – und genau das liefert diese App.

Die Einrichtung war in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Das Formular bringt von Haus aus die drei Pflichtfelder (Name, E-Mail, Bestellnummer) mit, der Widerrufsgrund ist korrekt optional, und das zweistufige Verfahren mit der Schaltfläche "Widerruf bestätigen" entspricht genau den gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Besonders wertvoll: die automatische Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail mit Datum und Uhrzeit – das ist der Teil, den das Shopify-Standardformular nicht abdeckt, und hier funktioniert er zuverlässig.

Dank Testmodus konnte ich den kompletten Ablauf vorab durchspielen, bevor ich live gegangen bin. Für jeden, der seinen Shop fristgerecht und rechtssicher aufstellen will, eine klare Empfehlung. 5 Sterne.
