This app integrates the legally required EU withdrawal button directly into your shop. Customers can cancel at any time via a clearly visible button — even without a customer account. After submission, they automatically receive a legally compliant confirmation email. All cases are clearly documented in the admin area and can be exported as CSV or PDF. Vielen Dank für diese tolle App! Am Anfang hat es bei mir etwas gehakt mit der Einbettung in den Shop (ist nicht meine Kernkompetenz, aber als kleines Unternehmen muss man halt vieles selber machen ...), aber dank geduldiger Hilfe vom netten Support (echte Menschen!) ging es dann ganz leicht. Texte, Button etc. sind alle vorbereitet, und einen kostenlosen Plan gibt es auch. Danke :)!
Sehr gute App mit einem professionellen und durchdachten Ansatz. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Support: Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst hilfsbereit, reagieren schnell und unterstützen kompetent bei Fragen oder Problemen.
Wer eine rechtssichere Lösung für den Widerrufs-Button sucht, ist hier meiner Meinung nach genau richtig. Die Anwendung wirkt insgesamt sehr zuverlässig und praxisnah.
Die Anbindung bzw. Einrichtung hat bei mir persönlich etwas länger gedauert. Das lag allerdings weniger an der App selbst, sondern eher daran, dass ich mich zunächst in einige Abläufe einarbeiten musste.
Konfiguration war einfach und bei Problemen wird schnell geholfen. Erfüllt alle Anforderungen der neuen Richtlinie, soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Vielen Dank für die tolle App!
