Klasse App! Einfach zu konfigurieren und anzupassen auf unser Theme Design (DAWN). Erfüllt alle Anforderungen der EU-Richtlinie 2023/2673. Man kann in der App das Formular auf eine beliebige (neue) Seite platzieren und dorthin verlinken, alternativ oder auch zusätzlich kann man den Button auf einer beliebigen Seite einbinden. Als Clou kann man den Button auch auf der Hauptseite oder weiteren Seiten fest platzieren. Die Übersetzung des Formulars auf Englisch ist auch integriert, die Stellen die nicht übersetzt sind oder werden kann man über die Shopify Translate & Adapt nachsteuern. Auch die Mailvorlage kann man einfach anpassen. Was uns optisch besonders gut gefallen hat ist, dass beim Klick auf den Button sich ein separates Fenster öffnet und der Hintergrund des Stores unscharf verschwimmt - optisch toll gelöst! Auch technisch funktioniert die App einwandfrei, nachdem wir nach der ersten Installation kleinere Probleme hatten wurden diese jedoch über den Chat Support innerhalb von nur 4 Stunden gelöst, und das in der Woche abends - Mega Service! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!
Die Anbindung lief erstaunlich einfach und ohne großen Aufwand. Hinweise und Ideen zur Optimierung stoßen auf echtes Interesse und werden wertschätzend aufgenommen. Rückmeldungen kommen zügig, sodass man sich jederzeit gut betreut fühlt. Insgesamt ein rundum überzeugender Service.
Diese app ist leicht zu installieren und anzupassen und funktioniert super. Die Dokumentation bzw. Installationsanweisung ist perfekt und einfach zu verstehen. Im Theme wird die app angezeigt und darin können auch Anpassungen vorgenommen werden. Es werden alle neue Gesetzesvorgaben erfüllt. Diese app ist eine Empfehlung für alle deutschen Händler und natürlich auch für die EU Händler.
Update vom 20260203: Nun werden die Texte im Formular automatisch in alle Sprachen übersetzt. Grüße von av-shopping.com Norbert
This app is easy to install and customise and works great. The documentation and installation instructions are perfect and easy to understand. The app is displayed in the theme, where you can also make adjustments. All new legal requirements are met. This app is recommended for all German retailers and, of course, for EU retailers as well.
