i don't know. Installiert, eingerichtet, getestet. Funktioniert wie es soll.

Einzig, dass man normale Dinge wie Mailvorlagen oder Übersetzungen nicht individualisieren kann ohne ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade, finde ich unschön. Solche Dinge sollten einfach dabei sein.

Aber solange es auch in der kostenlosen Version seinen Zweck erfüllt, ist es ok.

Very quick and easy set up - everything works as it should. We sell digital products which are instantly fulfilled and downloaded, so this is a bit of a waste of time, but at least we're compliant.

I just installed Revoq on two of our Shopify sites running in Debut. Revoq's customer support was both excellent and timely, and their on-line documentation walked me through the four or five steps to get Revoq running in a matter of minutes. One of my concerns was us being compliant by the deadline and Revoq's support got me there with time to spare! I'm a very happy camper!! I wish I could give them SIX stars!!!

Tolle App, die genau das tut, was sie soll. Das Bezahlen für den Pro-Plan lohnt sich m.E. nach, aber die kostenlose Variante reicht auch für kleine Shops. Schneller Support übrigens und ein deutsches Tool, was sowieso schon sympathisch ist. :)

App works exactly as it should! We do not do a lot of business in the EU- but this was a very easy solution to continue offering our goods to the EU! Highly recommend if you want a free and easy way to remain compliant.

Die Einrichtung ist einfach, trotzdem hatte ich 2 Fragen und habe per E Mail mit dem Support kommuniziert. Die Antworten kamen nach kurzer Zeit und meine Fragen wurden praktisch und mit entsprechenden Anleitungen beantwortet. Im Shop wirkt das Formular übersichtlich und zweckmäßig. Kein Schnickschnack, sondern nur das was es sein soll, ein leicht zu verstehendes, einfaches Formular.

Easy to set up and works as described. The free plan covers the essential EU withdrawal process. The form matched the order correctly, sent confirmation to the customer, and notified us immediately. Multilingual setup also worked well.

Per me che non ho esperienza un po' difficile nell'impostare il modulo sul mio tema, comunque il risultato finale è ottimo. il servizio clienti risponde immediatamente.
