Je comprends que vous trouviez le plan Professional trop cher pour votre besoin spécifique. Je souhaite simplement préciser que l’intégration dans les comptes clients Shopify est une fonctionnalité additionnelle, et non une fonction obligatoire pour respecter l’exigence principale.

La fonction de rétractation accessible sans connexion est disponible dans tous les plans, y compris le plan gratuit, par exemple via un lien dans le footer, une page dédiée ou un bouton visible sur la boutique.

Les fonctionnalités incluses dans chaque plan sont indiquées de manière transparente sur notre page de tarification avant l’installation ou la mise à niveau.

Just to clarify: Revoq does include order matching and a withdrawal-period status check already in the free plan, so merchants can see whether a withdrawal appears to be within the standard period or not.

The Professional plan adds more advanced automation options, such as automatically enforcing the deadline or blocking withdrawals outside the configured period.

We try to keep the free plan genuinely useful, especially for smaller merchants, while the paid plans help us cover server costs, support, and ongoing development of the app.
