Tolle App, die genau das tut, was sie soll. Das Bezahlen für den Pro-Plan lohnt sich m.E. nach, aber die kostenlose Variante reicht auch für kleine Shops. Schneller Support übrigens und ein deutsches Tool, was sowieso schon sympathisch ist. :)
This is a review of the free app. I do not recommend it; the free version has NO editable features, not even a heading to direct people to other resources for contact / customer support etc. My customers use this app as a tech support request form; they can submit phony order numbers and bad email addresses, which wastes my time. To date we've had 2 illegitimate uses and 0 legitimate uses of this form.
Thank you for your feedback. We tried to contact you directly to better understand the issue, but unfortunately we could not find a working email contact option on your store. The contact flow appeared to require revealing an email address through a captcha step, but the captcha could not be completed on our side.
Revoq provides an electronic withdrawal form, not a general support request form. However, if customers cannot easily find or use a regular support contact option, they may use any visible form available on the storefront.
We understand that invalid or irrelevant submissions are frustrating, and we already apply spam protection to reduce abusive entries. However, because this is a legally relevant withdrawal workflow, we cannot apply overly aggressive blocking rules that might prevent legitimate customers from submitting a valid withdrawal request.
We are happy to review specific examples and improve the filtering where possible without creating unnecessary barriers for real withdrawal requests.
Sehr gute App für ein Thema, das viele Shops noch vor sich haben. Die Integration in Shopify funktioniert problemlos und die rechtlichen Anforderungen sind konsequent umgesetzt. Ganz vielen Dank auch an Jonas, der uns beim Einrichten geholfen hat. Ging alles super schnell und bei offenen Detailfragen und neuen Features wurde uns direkt geholfen. Klare Empfehlung!
