I considered just downloading some jquery plugin but this app was just simple to deploy, easy to customize, and goes beyond just displaying the timer. In short, a great way to emphasize urgency on your shop.

It is easy to set up. Can either place the countdown timer bar on the top of the page (or other locations) or on the product page under Add to Cart. $6.99 only can use the single color background. To use the nice background you have to upgrade plan. So far I am happy with it.

This app is very easy to set-up, looks great and the support team was helpful in answering my questions. I also use Hextom's Free Shipping Bar and love it's ease of use, too.

Of all of the scarcity creation countdown apps available in the Shopify arsenal, this countdown software offers many more options for setting up specific campaigns. By far, my 1st choice and I highly recommend.
