We switched to Guest Manager about 7 months ago for our large premieres. It has made a significant improvement to our guest experience and for managing all the special types of invites and tickets needing to sell. Support has always been top notch and helpful. The scan to check in process is so easy and slick that training has been a breeze. We use contractors that are different each time and training takes about 5-10 min depending on the event. They are able to learn and start checking people in without issues. I can foresee lots of other areas that will only get better over time and look forward to continuing to use the system and expand it across our other events we are planning.
We switched over to Event Ticketing by Guest Manager this year to sell our conference tickets and it has been awesome. We have four different conferences with four different ticket types and the app is very easy to use. It also has improved our attendee experience with attendees receiving custom tickets as soon as their purchase is approved. The best part about this app is the customer service. Jeff is incredible. Very responsive. Always solving my problems quickly and has all of the answers. I was very hesitant about running our reg through a Shopify App, but I have no regrets.
Great app for managing all of our events and workshops. Does exactly what we need and the customer support team is always super helpful whenever we reach out. Highly recommend!

FYI - We have released two great things in the past month: A new native Shopify POS plugin for ultra-fast ticket scanning and check-in, and support for Shopify's new Checkout Extensibility where Event Ticketing lists all the customers tickets on the Thank you and Order Status page (so the customers can download, transfer, complete required questions, change tickets to another date/time, or upgrade tickets) all without leaving your store.
Jeff at "Event Ticketing" has always been there for any support I needed...and fast. That includes listening to feature requests, and acting on them. Killer "ticketing app" and even better support.

Stephan, I needed some basic information to help diagnose your problem. An order number, an error message (if any), a screenshot, anything really so I can help you. "it doesn't work" does not allow me to help you. You probably forgot to set up a PDF design template for the tickets. Something simple like that.
Breaks my heart to see something that could have been so easily resolved end up in a 1 star review.
On the other hand, I do take these sorts of things to the drawing board all the time, "Why did they have this problem? Why couldn't the software prevent this issue in the first place?" So thanks for that, I guess.

We run brewery tours and this simple, easy to use app is perfect way to run our ticketing. Support via a messaging facility is quick and always mega helpful. Recomended.
We use the event ticketing app to sell and issue tickets for our events at our u-pick flower farm. After working with multiple other ticket platforms we have found this to be the best solution all round. It's cost effective, offers lots of customizable features, and their customer service is top notch. We also use the Guest Manager app for checking in guests using iphones and ipads. We are looking forward to using these two platforms in the future as we continue to expand.
