Prompt customer service to urgent issues we had due to our mistake. Jeff solved it quickly and we were back and selling tickets.

The app in general is excellent for event companies and hv many customisation. Our staff also enjoys using the scanner, it is faster and can also do offline scanning.

We manage events and sell tickets on shopify and were looking for a good way to handle check in as well as attendee management. We checked out other apps and previously used some event software designed just for event management. My experience with this app so far has been great. Cost is reasonable compared to other apps I researched and the app is relatively easy to use. Experienced a challenge while setting up recurring dates and Jeff was a great support - got back to me quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions.
