A very complete APP, we have tested 2 more and this is the one that has best adapted to our needs, plus the customer service is the best of all. They respond quickly and even make video demos to answer all your questions. I definitely recommend it

The customer service whilst setting up my first event with the Evey app has been brilliant. Ron in particular was able to resolve an issue I was having incredibly quickly - thank you.

Easy to understand, intuitive interface, great support.

UPDATE: We have had various issues since writing this review, and we cannot get any of our issues sorted. There are limitations we are not happy with - for eg. we are not able to export a month's worth of orders - this seems like a basic function? The automated email reminders are not working with no timeframe for when this will be up and running again. We'll be lucky if its working within 12 months, as no one seems to care.

Shopifyストアでのオンラインチケット販売のためにこのアプリを使用しています。
アプリに不具合が発生したためサポートに連絡し、大きめの不具合だったようで修正まで少し時間はかかりましたが、日本と本国の時差があるにもかかわらず、サポートとのやり取りは迅速にできて随時状況の報告もしてくれたので良かったです。

アプリ自体は非常に使いやすく、イベントの管理とチケットの販売がやりやすく、非常に便利です。チケットのデザインのカスタマイズやさまざまなイベントの詳細を扱う機能が非常に役立っています。

他のアプリと比較しても、Shopifyでオンラインチケット販売を行うならこのアプリ一択だと感じました。強くお勧めします。

Die App ist super und die Integration in Shopify funktioniert hervorragend. Ein paar mehr Personalisierungsoptionen wären toll. Die Einsteigerpreise sind fair, die Preisstaffelung ist aber nicht ideal – eigentlich würde ich wegen einer einzigen Funktion das größte Paket benötigen. Das ist aber für ein kleines Unternehmen finanziell nicht stemmbar.

Eine klare Empfehlung für eine großartige App mit Verbesserungspotenzial!

SOOOO easy to use! Loving it!

Usually setting up a new app is so painful and confusing, but Evey is completely intuitive. My first event was up and running in no time!
