The customer service is exceptional! They have made the registration process for our football camps a lot more seamless and efficient.

There are a few missing features they don't have that we need - like a direct integration with Google spreadsheets / drive and the ability to upload files, but otherwise it's been great so far!

We have updated our review to reflect the excellent customer service provided by Hannes in addressing our concerns. Overall, this application meets the essentials of our expectations.

We look forward to gaining more visibility on a roadmap to ensure all promised features are fixed.

Great friendly service.

Priced well and works for most of our needs, though there are some flaws in the UI that inhibit functionality and haven't been resolved after reporting them 14+ months ago (can't add user from a mobile phone because the chat button blocks the Send button, as another user review reported below). We also struggled with custom uses like multi-date events where we want variants listed on the Shopify ...

There were some glitches but the support is awesome and fixed the issue as soon as possible.

App is a bit finicky to use at times, especially when updating existing events to a new date.

It does work and get the job done though. Support is excellent, had a minor graphical issue I needed help with and they had it fixed in less than an hour from E-mailing them for help.

The app has a few kinks to smooth out but I'm thoroughly happy using it because of the customer support experience that I've had with Mary Bernadeth. She helped me very quickly and guided me through the app which made things easier for me to understand. She gave me links with pictures to help me set things up as well as made personalized videos to further help me with things that I didn't ...

Die App ist super und die Integration in Shopify funktioniert hervorragend. Ein paar mehr Personalisierungsoptionen wären toll. Die Einsteigerpreise sind fair, die Preisstaffelung ist aber nicht ideal – eigentlich würde ich wegen einer einzigen Funktion das größte Paket benötigen. Das ist aber für ein kleines Unternehmen finanziell nicht stemmbar.

Eine klare Empfehlung für eine großartige App ...
