Recurring events overview is horrible, every time a customer buys a ticket it takes 5 minutes to know for which date. Also, capacity limit is not working. Clients are able to buy 10 tickets in total even though only 5 are available if you use different ticket types (e.g. students and adults). Customer service tells you that it understands you trouble and that they are working on the issue but this has taken 4 weeks now without a solution. Would not recommend it.

we really liked the integration into Shopify, but found the set up clunky and were not able to integrate a easy checkbox with a link to our terms and conditions which is forcing us to look at different solutions.

This app WAS good... until now. They have implemented a change that forces a filter by month - if we don't have an event on in the current month, it just shows as 'no results' and looks as though we have nothing upcoming. The filter isn't obvious to customers - we've noticed a large drop in bookings, and been given overwhelming feedback by customers that it's not user friendly, having to go month by month until they find what they're looking for. SO so disappointed... with no plans to change it, we'll be looking for an alternative.

The previous behavior was unintended, and we've since adjusted it to better match the expected functionality for most users. We're also exploring ways to support both options to better serve your needs.
