I was struggling with a multiple choice Attendee Information question and am so happy with the customer service! They really took the time to test and figure out what was happening. I've used this app since 2015 for a big event with lots of attendees once a year and it has impressive functionality, because we are able to edit the code on our shopify to limit quantity limits per customer etc, and other things that other ticket websites dont offer. the developers weren't updating it for a while and it was difficult to reach them back in 2016, but in the last years they are very responsive and helpful! im happy with it! it looks nice too - thank you!

We use this app to manage manual event check-ins and send out additional virtual event registration information. As a small non-profit we look for simplicity with the external tools we use. We have been using Evey as our go-to event management app for over 3 years for events that are small and 1000 people plus. The Evey customer support is fantastic in helping resolve setup and configuration issues. Their team is always incredibly responsive and are eager to help troubleshoot and assist when needed. We hope to continue to use Evey for years to come.
I've been working with Evey for about two years and have found it to be an excellent solution. Gets you the best of Shopify (with its considerable strengths) with the added support of event management. The team also helped configure a custom solution for a large-scale conference.
While custom builds can be a little rough... (I consider ours a beta), the Evey team have been incredibly responsive to create precisely the manager we asked for, with very friendly support. Very positive experience.
