Its a very good app with not too many, bulky features. So what you really need as feedback tool you really have in one pocket. The support is very fast and all my matters have been always solved. Even they customized the to0l partly to my needs. So I am very happy with that.

We've used this app for 4 years now, and just recently we had a bit of a hiccup with it, but Kemi was really responsive with a solution!

I've searched for an app that would work for my one of a kind products. Most apps attach to the product specifically so for unique items, they don't work. (although you can also set it up that way). This app works perfectly for me. Also, after looking at so many I was so confused so Kemi offered to set it up for me...and at no extra fee like many of the apps out there! They are quick to respond and eager to help. Now my customers can see what other people are saying about my work.

1/12/23 I had complaints from customers that they were unable to upload testimonials. I was also billed twice for the month of December. I reported the issue, access to my store was requested and given, after a week nothing was done and I received no communication from the company. I also received no refund for the double charge.

This is a quality app, and the support is excellent. I had a problem and they responded very quickly and corrected it.

We've been using this app since December 2017. It has changed much since then, but the main functionality only improved. The lazy loading script helps our website remain lightweight and doesn't impact the loading time much. Our customers love inspecting our review section, there are a lot of photos with interesting designs and setups. The only inconvenience with the plugin comes when you want to view big original photos uploaded by customers. The app uses only 480x480 thumbnail size images. We do a workaround by reuploading customers' images to our 'files' section of Shopify and assigning their URL in each of the reviews manually. Would be nice if this was done automatically.

I've been using the app now for a few years and am very happy with it and the customer service.

Two years down the line and I'm still very happy with this app. It works perfectly. The support from Kemi is brilliant, I recently needed a slight placement adjustment and wanted a clickable link adding and it was done in a couple of hours. I can highly recommend the team and the app :-)

This is an update on this app which I have had for almost a year now. I get reports from buyers saying reading the reviews has given them confidence to buy from my site. I recently had a weird issue but the tech support was at hand and although it took a couple of days they resolved it and kept in touch.

I'm really happy with this app. I needed a straight forward review page app rather than a product review app as all my products are unique. I spent hours searching and trying out various different apps none of which suited. It is very easy to set up with different templates and customisations. If you have similar requirements look no further just get this!!!

Fast and very helpful support. I requested to display the testimonials on my home page as well as on a dedicated page and the support was very helpful in setting this up for me. This is the 1st time that I can say that I recommend this Shopify app. I'm off to see what other apps they have...
