Good app, customer support team helped to resolve issues that i had with integrating into our website as a new business.

I actually downloaded two different reviews/ratings apps and decided whichever one worked best would be the one I'd end up using. Well... I tried to integrate the other one first because it was supposed to add the coding automatically and be a "seamless integration". Turned out it was anything but seamless. Then... not only did I find their app capabilities lacking almost everything advertised, but their support team still (almost 2 wks later) hasn't responded to any of my messages. With this app, however, everything is as advertised; plus, when I needed help, I had an answer and a solution from the support team within hours. And when I came across a minor error some days later that I was encountering, their support team once again jumped in and had it fixed immediately. I highly recommend this app. Not only are you getting the most bang for your buck in the options and services they provide, but you are getting one heck of a high-quality support team that goes out of their way to make your store a success — and that is everything. I did a lot of shopping around and wasted valuable time on lesser options, so my advice to you is this... learn from my mistake, and don't waste your time with the others. These guys are your best choice, hands down. They know how to get the job done. btw... Kemi is the best ever!! Many thanks again for getting me set up and moving forward again! :)

We had some problems in the beginning (navigation on the page where we had testimonials was not working) but the support team solved it within the same day so giving 5* definitely. App si really affordable and easy to use. Thank you !

This app is wonderful. Anytime I change over to a new theme, I will just email them and they will add my reviews where I specify. Love this app and their customer service. They are fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
