I installed the app on december 2020 with the cheapest payed version. It needed some time to set up and make everthing working, but the support team is quite reactive, when you ask something they get it done usually within the next business day. Thanks Afreedi!

I think it's a great 2-in-1 app for reviews and testimonials. We can play with many different features (pictures, stars...) and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. Recommend :)
