Its a very good app with not too many, bulky features. So what you really need as feedback tool you really have in one pocket. The support is very fast and all my matters have been always solved. Even they customized the to0l partly to my needs. So I am very happy with that.
I would recommend this app, but I faced a minor issue after adding one testimonial there is no other option to add more, so I tried to import csv file but this app was not capable of importing the data accurately!
In future, this will be better.
