I really appreciating the support team, without any query they voluntary giving suggestions and clear the issues...thank you guys..

It just stops showing upsells and addons for no reason. Every time you need to contact the support to fix it. Every time you contact the support you need to prove that there's a problem. Then they say it's fixed then you check and it's not fixed then the guy in the support just ends the chat to pass you to another person and then you need to go through the whole process again. Not recommended.

Helped us to consolidate our popup offerings all in the one place. I would like it if I was able to change the aesthetic of the popup, i.e. fonts, colours etc more myself.

I used the basic plan with free trial of 14 days, but my trial was almost over and I haven't really gotten any proper sales yet, so I wanted to return to the free plan. So I asked if they can change it, and they were very cooperative and offered me a prompt solution to have it changed. So far everything is working good, the feature of the app still works as how it should, hopefully I do get more sales in the future. It's a very worth it app, since you can scale whenever you'd like to, they also have analytics which makes tracking sales more convenient.

Setup was easy and fast! Really easy to learn how to navigate through the app. Little to no support needed, but customer service was available when we needed them and it was easy to reach out to them whenever we had questions or concerns.

Love this app. It is easy to navigate and the help centre is shockingly quick and thorough. I feel like this program will definitely help my store sell more of my products.
