Ik werk er al jaren mee en dit doet gewoon wat het moet. Spaart mij immens veel werk in de opmaak van facturen. Bij de helpdesk die ik in het begin enkele keren contacteerde zijn ze zeer hulpvaardig.
Mooi te horen dat klanten de app jaren gebruiken en dat dit veel tijd bespaart!
Mooie tool. Bijna alles wordt netjes doorgevoerd vanuit Shopify naar Exact Online. Alleen jammer dat je daarna de valuta van de factuur niet meer kan veranderen. Hier zou een oplossing voor gevonden moeten worden, dan is het perfect.
Mooie review. Toch even contact opgenomen met de klant. Hoewel de koppeling meerdere valuta kan doorzetten, werkt het voor deze klant helaas net niet helemaal zoals gewenst. De oorzaak is dat niet ieder Shopify abonnement toelaat verschillende valuta door te geven.
Fantastische goede app. Wij werken met Lightspeed en Exact, dus ook met webwinkelfacturen. Belangrijk is wel om alle BTW codes e.d. goed in te stellen, want het programma is onverbiddelijk. Bij een kleine afwijking wordt de dagomzet niet doorgeboekt en zul je op zoek moeten naar de oorzaak. Vaak is die snel te vinden, maar zoniet, dan krijgen we vrij snel antwoord via de mail op dit soort vragen. Ook telefonisch zijn ze prima te bereiken. Echt een aanrader dus!

Er komen veel transacties vanuit Shopify niet door bij Exact en belanden in de bak "fouten". Dat is echt vervelend. Maar het support team en dan in het speciaal Manon, zij is altijd beried te helpen! Erg blij met haar!
Works great! We save a tremendous amount of time by having this link between Shopify and our accounting software.

Prima tool, werk op de achtergrond en doet daar zijn ding. Was even zoeken hoe het werkt, maar met hulp van de maker is het eenvoudig. Prima support en snelle reacties.

We recently installed this app for our online store to connect our store with Exact. Although we are still facing some issues in reconciling the sales flowing in with Shopify payments, the support team was very pro active and helpful. Unfortunately, the problem lays with Shopify, and webwinkelfacturen is not able to solves this themselves.
We tried different EOL connectors, and the support of this application has definitely been the best so far.
Excellent, It takes very little effort to synchronize with exact, i had several questions to the support and got immediate response, all issues sorted out easily. mostly recommended if you need to sync with Exact.
Werkt niet, zodra ik op connect druk kom ik op een pagina met allemaal foutmeldingen. Heel slecht dit...
Gisteren, binnen 15 minuten na melding probleem, hebben we de koppeling van Autoradioplaza getest en zagen niets vreemds. Direct contact opgenomen met de klant en hulp aangeboden om de koppeling samen even tot stand te brengen. Ondanks herhaalde follow-up is de klant niet ingegaan op ons aanbod even te helpen. We weten dus helaas niet of / wat er is misgegaan. Als de klant ons alsnog benaderd helpen we graag, want honderden klanten genieten veel gemak van de koppeling.
I have worked with other connector apps between Exact and an e-commerce platform. They all worked better and more intuitive than this one. It's a pity it seems to be the only Shopify app for Exact because its functionalities are basic. Would encourage to either find another solution or a different accounting program than Exact when on Shopify.
Customer service is also quite hoity-toity when you are experiecing issues or inquire about functionalities. Twice I received a snooty reply, which when your app is so basic, is uncalled for.
This connector is mainly a financial connector with basic logistic capabilities. The connector pushes Shopify sales to Exact Online. Additionally, the connector can synchronize product- and stock from Exact Online to Shopify to refresh the Shopify inventory.
The connector does not run product/stock in isolation from Shopify to Exact Online as the merchant hoped for. This functionality is not commonly desired by the market, and as such we decided not to develop this feature.
We informed the customer accordingly and sincerely regret that she experienced our honest and direct communication as being unkind.
Absolutely easy to use, and more important excellent and quick service provided by their support! This app is worth every penny!

This is a real pity because their support is really great!
Would have gotten 5 stars if it were to be compatible with Shopify POS.
I would strongly urge the developers to incorporate this feature in their app.
