Tailor the connector to your business

• Do you want to keep everything straight and simple? Transfer your Shopify orders to Exact Online journal entries, aka Exact Sales transactions. You can use this option with Exact Boekhouden, Premium and Handel.
• Do you want to use the invoicing of Exact Online? If you use Exact Premium or Exact Handel you can transfer your Shopify orders to Exact Online invoices.
• Do you want to use the Exact Online order system? If you use Exact Handel you can transfer your Shopify orders to Exact Online orders.

Transfer your important order-details

It is important that the correct order-details are transferred. This is a list of the most important parameters that are transferred. A full detailed service description in Dutch (handleiding) is available.

• Order details: Order-specifics, like order number and order date, are transferred. Also the order lines are transferred with the line-price, tax and ledger code per order line.

• Customer details: The customer is added to Exact Online if it does not exist. Matching is done on email address. Details like address information, tax number, CoC number, company, email address and phone number are transferred.

• Product details: If you transfer orders to Exact Online 'invoices' or 'orders', the products in the order are added to Exact Online if they are not available. Matching is done on SKU. The name of the product, the SKU, price and VAT is added.

Getting started

This app is recommended for Dutch and Belgium merchants with an Exact Online account, irrespective of your specific Exact Online subscription. You can easily start the trial period by clicking the app from the Shopify backend/appstore and configure your connector. Our aim is that you are connected within 5 minutes!
