This is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid or partially paid. Er komen veel transacties vanuit Shopify niet door bij Exact en belanden in de bak "fouten". Dat is echt vervelend. Maar het support team en dan in het speciaal Manon, zij is altijd beried te helpen! Erg blij met haar!
Werkt niet, zodra ik op connect druk kom ik op een pagina met allemaal foutmeldingen. Heel slecht dit...
Gisteren, binnen 15 minuten na melding probleem, hebben we de koppeling van Autoradioplaza getest en zagen niets vreemds. Direct contact opgenomen met de klant en hulp aangeboden om de koppeling samen even tot stand te brengen. Ondanks herhaalde follow-up is de klant niet ingegaan op ons aanbod even te helpen. We weten dus helaas niet of / wat er is misgegaan. Als de klant ons alsnog benaderd helpen we graag, want honderden klanten genieten veel gemak van de koppeling.
Excellent, It takes very little effort to synchronize with exact, i had several questions to the support and got immediate response, all issues sorted out easily. mostly recommended if you need to sync with Exact.
