Exact Online Bookkeeping

Update on review - from a 1-star adapted to 4 stars. Finally had good contact with the support team, and now finally seems to be fixed on the monthly fees.

We had some great cooperation with Combidesk for the Shopify Exact Online boedkhoud connection. After a few months I noticed the charged monthly amounts were double the mentioned amounts, after which I contact their customer support. Straight away this was acknowledged by their support team and being "under investigation" to get it solved.

However, still to date, I've been chasing their customer support in order to get it solved, without any response after multiple attemps from my end in getting a response from their support.

So technically, YES the connections works great, but customer support is terrible once something is not going as planned. Def would not recommend taking this connection.

We zijn heel blij met het resultaat van de koppeling, al duurde het wel even voor we de instellingen goed kregen. Wel een goeie investering, want gaat ons 1-2 dagen per maand sparen in de toekomst

We hebben deze koppeling gekozen, omdat het ons een snelle manier leek om een koppeling tussen Shopify en Exact te testen. We verwachtte dat er veel mis zou gaan in de eerste periode, hierdoor hebben we het pakket uitgebreid met snellere service. Deze was niet aanwezig. Ik moest vaak uren wachten op een bericht terwijl we daarvoor aan het chatten waren.

Op mijn laatste vraag, die ik 4 dagen geleden stelde, is nog steeds niet gereageerd. De koppeling heeft weinig opties en is vrij rigide in de mogelijke instellingen. Maar mijn grootste hekelpunt is de service.
